Excellency, The Honourable Mr. Hugh Desmond Hoyte, died
on Sunday
- 22nd December 2002 at
home, 14 North Road, Georgetown. Mr. Hoyte was a much-loved
national and international statesman.
His life was devoted to the service of his country, the
fulfilment of his duties as President,
Leader of the People's National Congress Reform and Opposition
Leader of the Republic
of Guyana and the support of the Guyanese Family.
